.I just finished eating my " before-fasting" meal
Just a half-filled bowl of soup and some olives .
and now i’m listening to Hans Zimmer’s Time .. I love listening to this amazing piece every night before i go to sleep

I feel kinda exhausted after walking for 1 hour

I had a nosebleed just a couple of minutes ago .
and now i’m having a serious headache ..

I’m writing this while my hair is dripping cold water on my lap :d
because i couldn’t stand the heat so i washed it with a very cold water .

I know , it’s gonna cause me a lot of trouble .. but i couldn’t help it

I feel like i’ve never run in my life !
About an hour ago , i run for 3 minutes and it was like i was running for ages .

This diet is somehow consuming my energy 🙁

! My freaking knee hurts so freaking much
i’m freaking pissed off because it doesn’t allow me to workout 🙁
